Registration and Fee

The participants at the school will be selected from all applicants based on a peer-review. You thus have to submit a title, abstract (max. 500 words) and three-page summary (pdf) about your work that you will present at one of the poster sessions at the school. The abstract and summary will be reviewed by the organizers and lecturers. Applicants are selected based on the outcome of this peer-review.

The fee for participation will cover transport from Copenhagen Airport to the school site and back, the lectures and relevant material, accommodation and catering (all meals) at the school, including the gala event. At the previous school, the fee was 1,250 EUR (excluding VAT), the fee may be adjusted in 2023.

By filling in and submitting the registration, you accept the responsibility for the payment of the registration fee if you are accepted, regardless whether you indicate your need for financial support. The school is currently trying to secure funding for such support, but currently cannot offer any such support.
